Doha: The mega final, closing ceremony, and prize distribution for Thrissur Jilla Sauhruda Vedi's Inter-Sector Cricket Tournament Season 4, which was organized by Sauhruda Vedi lasted for 8 days at the Doha Dynamic Cricket Stadium (Old Ideal Indian School Ground) from November 6, concluded on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
This tournament, which progressed with exciting matches for eight nights, saw the participation of 240 stars across Sauhruda Vedi’s 16 teams.
In the thrilling final match, QRI Guruvayur and Ghazal Gold Kunnamkulam faced each other head-on. QRI Guruvayur, with a powerful performance, clinched the championship title, while Ghazal Gold Kunnamkulam, who put up a fierce fight, retained the runner-up position.

The closing ceremony was attended by Indian Cultural Center (ICC) General Secretary Abraham Joseph, Indian Sports Center (ISC) General Secretary Hamsa Yusuf, ICBF President Shanavas Bava, and other dignitaries. TJSV General Secretary (In-Charge) Pramod Moonnini delivered the welcome speech, and the event was presided over by Sauhruda Vedi President Vishnu Jayaram Dev. The champions' trophy was presented to the winners by Vishnu Jayaram Dev, and the runners-up trophy was presented by Hamsa Yusuf (ISC).
The ISC General Secretary expressed that the tournament, which involved only players from Thrissur district, was a great success and wished that Sauhruda Vedi could expand such competitions further. The curtain fell on Season 4, welcoming all Thrissur natives in Doha to Sauhruda Vedi, irrespective of caste, religion, or political differences.

The week-long tournament was managed by around 50 officials under the leadership of Sports Committee Chairman Ashraf. The presence of hundreds of spectators, including Sauhruda Vedi families, who cheered on the players, enhanced the brilliance of the matches. Sports Committee Convener Vijay expressed heartfelt thanks to all the sectors, organizers, volunteers, and team owners who cooperated in making the tournament a success.
