Pakistan Education Centre arranged a programme to celebrate Teachers’ Day under the slogan “Honor Your Teachers”. Principal Nargis Raza Otho appreciated the activities and emphasized the importance of teachers role in upbringing the future generations well.
“Teachers’ Day is a very special day for everyone. As a citizen, are we paying proper respect and count the services of teachers, the builders of the nations. It is the day we have to purify over selves that we ensure the future of our generation,” she said.
Students paid tribute to the teachers for their special contribution.
Around 16 teachers were awarded in two different categories by the Principal - Punctuality and Well Dressed and Positive Personality. The teachers who were awarded includes Ghulam Akbar, Wseem Rana, Zuliqar Abbasi, Ghazala Zafar, Rahat Ul Ain, Saeda Sadia, Rukhsana haukat, Naushaba Anjum, Shaista, Huma Wasim, Sadia Usman, Arjumand Zaidi, Saima Afzal, Tahseen Tahir, Safia Umar and Shafaq Irfan.THE PENINSULA
