El Salvador: An earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale struck off the coast of El Salvador in the Pacific Ocean Tuesday.
El Salvadors Environmental Observatory said that the earthquake occurred 24 km south of Mizata beach in La Libertad Province, at a depth of 40.3 km.
No human loses or material damage have been reported as a result of the earthquake.
