Doha: Qatar Primary Materials Company (QPMC) hosted a number of events to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. Some of these events were a Suhour gathering at the logistics stores in Mesaieed and a Holy Quran reciting competition at the head office, in addition to a few other activities and contributions that are commensurate with the spirit of the holy month. In an initiative aimed at enhancing the family bonding of its employees, QPMC hosted a suhour gathering for all its staff of all nationalities. The event gathered, in one place, all the head office’s managers, executives and staff with all employees and workers of various sites such as logistic & supply chain division, port and jetties, Sahara washed sand plant and Nijian sand supply site. Doha: Qatar First Bank (QFB) announced the concluding of its annual Ramadan Blessings Campaign, during which the bank hosted a series of activities for various organisations with the aim of promoting solidarity and brotherhood with different segments of the society through the Holy Month.
The Ramadan Blessings Campaign started with hosting a Sohour and a Garangao celebration for staff and families. QFB employees and their families engaged in various activities in celebration of the Garangao. A special Iftar also was held for the Qatar Foundation for Elderly People Care.
