Doha: The second course for officers within the “Official Security Spokesperson” programme kicked off at the Ministry of Interior yesterday with 18 participating officers.
Director of the Public Relations Department at the Ministry, Brig. Abdullah Khalifa Al Muftah said that the course includes many innovative and non-traditional training topics and programmes, which will provide participants with a set of communication skills and the ability to face the camera and difficult situations.
He called on participants to take advantage of the course to keep pace with all developments in the media field, while understanding the requirements and behaviors of public opinion.
