KARACHI: Intelligence agencies have arrested two operatives of a banned organisation in connection with the attack on a bus belonging to the Ismaili community.
More than 40 people were killed when gunmen stormed the bus on Wednesday near Safoora Chowrangi.
According to sources, the operatives were taken into custody two days after the attack on the bus.
Following the attack a committee headed by Karachi Police Chief Ghullam Qadir Thebo comprising top police officials was constituted to carry out the investigation.
