Indian Ambassador to Qatar Sanjiv Arora addressed Voltas management team in Qatar on issues of cross-cultural communication and intercultural understanding at a Workshop on ‘Cross Cultural Sensitivity, Awareness and Skills’, held at the Oryx Rotana Hotel on May 13. The workshop was conducted by Renu Mattoo, a veteran trainer in cross-cultural communication from XLRI Jamshedpur. The envoy complimented Voltas for organising the workshop. Voltas officials — Emmanuel David, Executive Vice President & Chief HR Officer; Gavin Appleby, Executive Vice-President & Chief Operations Officer, and K Visweswaran, Regional Director, Qatar — were present.
