The donation was presented in the presence of Deputy Group CEO Jassim bin Mohammed bin Yousef Al-Kuwari, and Acting General Manager of General Takaful Faraj Mohammed Al-Omari alongside Acting Executive Director of the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs Talib Afifa.
DOHA: As part of its commitment to social responsibility and charitable support, General Takaful Company made a donation to the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs during a special event held at the Company’s headquarters. The event reflected both organisations’ shared commitment to strengthening cooperation in serving and empowering people with special needs across the community.
The donation was presented in the presence of Jassim bin Mohammed bin Yousef Al-Kuwari, Deputy Group CEO, and Faraj Mohammed Al-Omari, Acting General Manager of General Takaful, alongside Talib Afifa, Acting Executive Director of the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs, and officials from both sides.
This contribution will support the Society’s rehabilitation, educational, and therapeutic programmes, which aim to enhance the quality of life for people with special needs and provide a supportive environment that enables their effective integration into society, in line with the State of Qatar’s vision for advancing social and human development.
In a statement on the occasion, Jassim bin Mohammed bin Yousef Al-Kuwari, Deputy Group CEO, said the donation reflects General Takaful’s strong belief in the vital role national institutions play in supporting those who require special care. He added that the Company considers social responsibility an integral part of its corporate strategy.
