Qatar Steel held a blood donation drive at its Doha office and at the plant site in Mesaieed. “Our first blood donation drive this year was in May, and the employees’ enthusiasm for donating blood was as good as in the first time. It is in fact a clear indication that our employees are well aware about the importance of such a humane and noble initiative.” Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al Ansari, Commercial Division Manager at Qatar Steel, said.
One of the employees commented that the blood donation is an inspiring experience, and it shows to what extent an individual is associated with his society and the environment he lives in, and this act would definitely strengthen people’s relations.
