The event aims to shed light on the vital relationship between technology and health awareness, especially regarding breast cancer, and how to utilize digital tools to raise the level of health awareness, promote early detection, and alleviate the suffering of patients through psychological and cognitive support.

Chairman of Qatar Cancer Society H E Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Jabor Al Thani, said: “At the Society, we believe that awareness is not an option, but a responsibility, and when technology is employed in this context, it becomes a tool capable of saving lives and opening windows of hope in the hearts of patients and their families.” He pointed out that the “Technology and Awareness” event represents an inspiring model of what can be achieved when the efforts of various state institutions join forces to harness digital innovation in the service of health awareness, particularly concerning breast cancer.

CEO of the “Hour and Hour” program Tamani Al Yafei said that this event, organized under the slogan “Window of Hope” as part of Pink October activities, carries a noble humanitarian and health message, seeking to promote awareness and provide support through the gateway of science and technology.
