As part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, Dolphin Energy Qatar launched its second major blood donation drive of the year at its facilities in Ras Laffan Industrial City.
An initiative of Dolphin Energy’s HSE&S Department, the campaign was held in partnership with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and helped to raise awareness of promoting good health, saving lives by sharing the gift of life.
More than 100 personnel participated. Educational brochures and leaflets were distributed to all the volunteers and staff from HMC’s Blood Donation Unit successfully screened and completed 61 donations.
