Doha, Qatar: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index rose by 76.15 points (0.75 percent), to close at 10,291.76 points.
A total of 252,955,993 shares were traded, with a value of QR 558,806,394.506 from 19001 transactions in all sectors.
Shares of 29 companies rose, while the prices of 13 other companies decreased and four companies remained unchanged. The market capitalization, at the end of the trading session, was QR 610,846,374,035.030 compared to QR 605,471,741,171, in the previous closing.
