Doha, Qatar: Commercial Bank held its Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting yesterday. During the meeting, the agenda item was approved to amend Article 20 of the Bank’s Articles of Association to comply with the amendments to the Governance Instructions for Banks issued by the Qatar Central Bank by virtue of Circular No. 2 of 2023.
