The constitutionality of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) and the K-12 enhanced basic curriculum in public and private schools, and the petition to allow some cases set for full court deliberation today by the Supreme Court (SC).

Also set for deliberation are the various petitions on the graft and plunder cases involving the outlawed Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) and the cases filed by the alleged PDAF brains Janet Lim Napoles.

The petition against the authority of the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) to conduct investigations without notice to persons subject of the probe, and the case brought by Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales on the orders of the Court of Appeals that stayed the preventive suspension of Makati City Mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay will also be tackled today.
The SC went into a one-and-a-half months decision-writing period that ended last Sunday.

In the case of the BBL, it was not known if the SC would tackle the merits of the petition filed by a certain Rolando Rojo Mijares since he did not supply the court with attachments and did not provide extra copies.
The K-12 program is now being implemented by the Department of Education (DepEd), but several cases have been filed against its alleged unconstitutionality.

Almost all of the K-12 petition sought the issuance of a temporary restraining order (TRO).
