Doha: Minister of State and Chairman of Qatar Free Zones Authority H E Ahmad Al Sayed received a US delegation in Qatar Free Zones, headed by Governor of the State of Oklahoma of the United States H E Kevin Stitt. His Excellency was joined by Senior Executives from QFZA to welcome the delegation visiting the country.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperative efforts in attracting joint investment. H E Ahmad Al Sayed emphasised that QFZA aspires to enhance the cooperation and exchange of experience in these key sectors between Qatar and the US. The two sides also reviewed issues of mutual interest that play an important and constructive role in Qatar-US relations.
The Delegation was presented with the investment opportunities and benefits offered to US companies at Qatar Free Zones. He reiterated that QFZ will continue to enhance its offering to serve as a leading regional base for companies – supported by the advanced infrastructure in the free zones and across Qatar.
