Al Gharafa through to semis; Al Duhail win

Al Gharafa made their way to the semi-finals while Al Duhail came back strongly to defeat Al Sailiya 2-1 as round four of QSL Cup came to a thrilling conclusion yesterday evening.
At Al Ahli Stadium, Al Gharafa were searching for a victory to make it to the semi-finals of the tournament with ease.
But Abdullah Al Anzi scored for Al Kharaitiyat in the 10th minute to trouble Al Gharafa in the early stage of the match.
Al Gharafa’s Chilean midfielder Luis Jimenez scored the equaliser in the 28th minute.
Both teams failed to score in the second half. However, despite yesterday’s draw, Al Gharafa assured of a berth in the semi-finals.  
Meanwhile, at Al Wakrah Stadium, Al Duhail’s Yousef Al Arabi scored twice in their 2-1 win against Al Sailiya.
Mirgani Al Zain gave Al Sailiya the lead in the 40th minute before the scored were levelled by Yousef Al Arabi  five minutes later, making no mistake off a penalty kick.
Al Arabi scored the winner the 90th minute.
