Doha, Qatar: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index yesterday closed at 10,777.99 points.
QSE showed an increase of 42.36 points, or 0.39 percent. A total of 159,847,327 shares were traded.
Shares were traded with a value of QR 334,633,281.564, as a result of the implementation of 11,121 deals in all sectors.
Shares of 22 companies rose in the session, while the prices of 23 other companies decreased, and four companies maintained their previous closing.
The market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QR 632,008,204,973.660.
The comes in comparison to QR 630,211,676,168.710 during the previous session.
