Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior, MOI through the Penal and Correctional Institutions Department announced products made by inmates will be available for purchase through the “Sooum” application starting today Sunday, June 14, 2026.
In a social media post, MOI said 'the Penal and Correctional Institutions Department announces that inmates' products will be available for sale through the Ministry of Interior's Sooum app. The sale of products will begin on Sunday, 14 June 2026."
