Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a written message to President of the Republic of Djibouti H E Ismail Omar Guelleh, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and means to support and promote them. Ambassador of Qatar to Djibouti H E Dr. Rashid bin Shafeea Al Marri delivered the message during a meeting yesterday, with Djibouti'S Foreign Minister H E Mahamoud Ali Youssouf.
