Doha, Qatar: The Bearys community in Qatar hosted the Bearys Entrepreneurs Summit 2025 alongside the inauguration of the Bearys Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Qatar Chapter in Doha. The landmark event marked a new era of collaboration and progress for Bearys entrepreneurs and professionals across the region.
The evening commenced with a soulful Qirath recitation by Rasheed Kakinje, followed by a presentation of the programme by Abdul Khader. The event was compiled by Abdul Razak, Suhaib Ahmed, Rasheed Kakkinje and Ansar UT.
In his welcome address, Abdulla Monu Moidin, President of BCCI Qatar, highlighted the unity, dedication, and vision of the Bearys community. He extended heartfelt appreciation to all dignitaries and guests for their presence and support.

“This is not just the launch of an organization — it’s the rise of a movement connecting Bearys entrepreneurs worldwide,” said Moidin.
Prominent dignitaries in attendance included S M R Rasheed, President of BCCI India; Imthiyaz, General Secretary of BCCI India; Hidayath, President of BCCI Dubai; Zakaria Jokatte, President of BCCI Saudi; and Dr. Ifthikar Ali, Chairman of the Allied & Healthcare Council, Karnataka.
Other distinguished overseas guests included Ibrahim Karim Gadiyara, Mohammed Ali Uchil, Mohammed Saleem Moodbidre and Musthaq Kadri.
Delegates from Saudi Arabia included Ashraf Karnire and Basheer.
Delegates from India included Mansoor Ahmed Azaad, Mohammed Imthiyaz Kandak, Abdul Rahoof Sulthan, Abdul Nasir (Lucky Star), Abdul Razak Golthamajal, Soofikhan Kalandar Asif, Badruddin Panambur, Mohammed Shawkat Showry, and Raheel Hamza Rasheed.
Delivering the keynote address, General Secretary of BCCI India, elaborated on BCCI’s mission to connect, empower, and promote Bearys entrepreneurs globally.
“BCCI Qatar will serve as a bridge of collaboration, innovation, and empowerment,” he added. Zakaria Jokatte spoke on building businesses from the ground up and commended the emerging Qatari Bearys entrepreneurs making impactful contributions in their respective fields.
S M Rasheed highlighted the need to establish a BCCI Headquarters in Mangalore, while Hidayath Addoor discussed ongoing BCCI activities in Dubai and pledged close cooperation with the Qatar chapter.
The highlight of the evening was the formal inauguration of the BCCI Qatar Chapter by U T Khader, Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. In his inaugural speech, he commended the Bearys community for fostering entrepreneurship, unity, and social responsibility beyond borders.
Following the inauguration, the BCCI Qatar Executive Committee 2025 was officially introduced.
Special felicitations were presented to Zakaria Jokatte, recipient of the Karnataka Rajyotsava Award, and Mohammed Ali, recipient of the District Award, in recognition of their outstanding contributions and achievements.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Mohammed Anas, who expressed gratitude to all dignitaries, guests, and the organizing committee for making the event a grand success.
