DOHA: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce has launched a survey on the services of car companies operating in the country yesterday. It will last for one week. Results of the survey will be made public.
The survey aims to interact with people to know their views about the services provided by car companies in a bid to improve the services, said the ministry in a release.
Respondents to the survey will be questioned whether they are happy with the prices of new and used cars. They will be asked also to view whether undesignated agents and showrooms provide accurate information about new and used cars and if dealers fulfill their commitment on car warranty.
After sale services of cars including repair, spare parts and warranty issues are also included in the survey.
