Secretary-General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit said that resolving the current Gulf crisis will take time and deep thinking about the consequences, but "it will have an end".
Aboul Gheit was speaking at a joint press conference with Foreign Minister of Djibouti, the chairman of the 148th session of the Arab League Council, after the conclusion of the Arab ministerial meeting on Tuesday evening.
Asked about the reform and development of the institutions of joint Arab action, the Secretary-General said that there is a committee concerned with this matter and hoped for a consensus among Arab countries in this regard.
