Doha: The Ministry of Justice has launched the upgraded version of the online state lawsuits system, which aims to facilitate the work of all system users and provide a comprehensive view of all types of lawsuits and data in line with the needs of each user.
In a statement, the ministry explained that this version is characterised by the ease of dealing with state lawsuits electronically, the smooth navigation between the systems’ contents via the main page, the flexibility to search for a lawsuit on the main page using more than one search term, including the case number, parties to the case, and displaying a control panel showing the most important data on state issues.
The system provides links to general and detailed statistics for all types of cases instantly and allows access to the overall general plan for all types of cases and the various degrees of litigation.
In addition, each official can also be informed of the distribution of the total workload within the administration/unit and departments. Moreover, it has the feature of reminding lawyers of the dates and times of their assigned cases.
