DOHA: Juthoor Early Education Centre, part of Qatar Foundation’s Pre-University Education, welcomed Assistant Undersecretary for Special Education Affairs at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Omar Abdulaziz Al-Naama for a visit aimed at reviewing the center’s educational model and its academic and pedagogical standards in early childhood education.

The visit included a tour of the centre’s facilities, during which he was introduced to its learning environment and how it is designed to meet the needs of children in their early years, its curriculum implementation framework, and its approved assessment and monitoring systems, as well as programmes that support the development of children’s cognitive, social, and emotional skills.

This visit forms part of ongoing efforts to align national initiatives and strengthen institutional partnerships that support the development of the early childhood education sector, in line with international best practices and Qatar’s commitment to investing in human development from the earliest years.

Juthoor Early Education Centre offers a bilingual programme within a supportive learning environment for children aged six months to three years. Its curriculum is based on play-based learning and a child-centred approach, supporting children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through responsive care and purposeful exploration.
