The State of Qatar participated in the 28th meeting of the Committee of Their Excellencies and Highnesses Ministers Responsible for Environmental Affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held yesterday in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Qatar’s delegation was headed by Minister of Environment and Climate Change H E Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie. The meeting discussed several topics on its agenda as part of efforts to strengthen joint GCC environmental cooperation and exchange expertise and experiences among member states, supporting regional efforts to achieve environmental sustainability.
