Gaza: The casualty toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,783 killed and 174,738 injured.
The Palestinian news agency quoted medical sources as saying that hospitals in the Strip received the bodies of 10 martyrs and treated 56 injured individuals over the past 24 hours.
The sources added that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire took effect on October 11 has risen to 1,369, and the number of injured has reached 4,627, while a total of 831 bodies have been recovered.
They noted that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the streets, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
This comes as Israeli occupation forces have intensified their raids, shelling, and gunfire targeting various locations across the Gaza Strip-including residential apartments, buildings, civilian vehicles, and camps for displaced persons-resulting in dozens of deaths and injuries, including children, women, and entire families.
