Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MOI) announced that the funeral prayer for the late Father Amir, HH Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani will be held at Imam Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab Mosque, following the Maghrib prayer on Sunday, July 12, 2026.
It added that the Qatar Sports Club car park will be designated for worshippers' vehicles. The Ministry shared a map showing the designated routes to the parking areas, urging motorists to follow the instructions issued by the officials.
The Ministry also stated that cameras of all types, mobile phones, electronic devices, lighters, bags and sharp objects are prohibited.
It advised the public to arrive early to avoid congestion.
