DOHA: The Minister of State for Defense Affairs, HE Maj. Gen. Hamad bin Ali Al Attiyah, received a written message from Ukrainian Defense Minister Col. Gen. Stepan Poltorak pertaining to the military and technical cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Ukraine.
The Ambassador of Ukraine to Qatar, Ivgen Mikitenko, handed over the message when the Ali Al Attiyah met him on Sunday. Several high ranking officers of the Armed Forces attended the meeting, reports QNA.
