Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud yesterday met Member of Federal Republic of Russia, Republic of Ingushetia, Ahmed Blankov, and his delegation, including Ingushetia President’s Advisor Dr Louay Youssef. Talks dealt with means of enhancing relations between both countries. Russian Ambassador Noor Mohammad Julov was present.
