An impressive bowling  effort from Delhi Daredevils, led by Zaheer Khan, saw them beat Rising Pune Supergiant by 7 runs in their IPL 2017 match at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in New Delhi yesterday.
Chasing a target of 169, Steve Smith's Rising Pune Supergiant fell seven runs short.
Earlier, Delhi Daredevils rode on Karun Nair's brilliant half century to post 168/8 when they were put into bat first.  Nair's 45-ball 64, laced with nine hits to the fence, helped Delhi recover from a precarious start.

Rising Pune Supergiant: 161/7 (Manoj Tiwary  60, Zaheer Khan 2 for 25)
