Sixth edition of Cityscape begins today

The sixth edition of Cityscape Qatar 2017, held under the patronage of Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani will open today at 1pm at the Doha Exhibition and Conference Center (DECC).
The opening ceremony will witness the ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by Minister of Economy and Commerce H E Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassim Al Thani, followed by a tour of the exhibition where guests and dignitaries will get to see the upcoming real estate trends and developments in Qatar and its surrounding regions.
The conference will begin with a light lunch and the welcome address by Edd Brookes, General Manager of DTZ Qatar, who will be presenting the Qatar Market Overview followed by a presentation by Adel Waly, Business Development Director of Manateq. This will be followed by an expert’s panel discussion where they will deliberate up on several projects including hospitality and real estate markets.
Kailash Nagdev, Managing Director of YouGov, will present the company’s key findings following a survey conducted on home buyers and individual and large scale investors. YouGov findings show a positive outlook of real estate in Qatar with 63% of respondents agreeing that it is the most appealing investment category while 44% expect the real estate market to grow further in Qatar.
