Ooredoo has announced that it is extending the working hours of some of its dedicated business desks in selected Ooredoo retail stores.
Ooredoo Business Desks were designed to give business customers easier access to Ooredoo business services to ensure increased customer satisfaction.
Since the launch of the desks, Ooredoo has seen incredibly high demand for the service, with businesses across Qatar visiting their nearest branch to learn about the latest offers, get business communication advice and speak to a dedicated Ooredoo Business representative.
Currently, the dedicated desks are available in six Ooredoo Shops; Salwa, Al Sadd, Al Wakra, City Center, Old Airport and Landmark.
Previously, Ooredoo’s Business Desks have been open until 3pm in most locations (5pm in City Center and Landmark Mall) however with the new opening hours, businesses can visit Ooredoo Business Desks up to 8pm at Salwa, Al Sadd and Old Airport branches.
Talking about the extended hours, Yousuf Al-Kubaisi, Chief Operating Officer, Ooredoo said: “Since the launch of Ooredoo Business Desks we’ve seen amazing demand, with more business users than ever visiting their nearest Ooredoo Shop to upgrade or discuss their needs. We launched the initiative purely to offer customers the best service and demonstrate that we are truly a one-stop-shop ICT leader in Qatar.”
