PEC students visit Pakistan Navy ship

Students of PEC along with their teachers Shamsa  Nazir and  Saima Zulqarnain during their visit to PNS ASLAT-254.

Students of Pakistan Education Centre along their teachers, Shahbuddin Gillani, Naeem Fakhar, Rashid Khalil, Abdul Basit Abbasi, Shamsa Nazir, Saima Zulqarnain and Gulshan Nisar were welcomed aboard by the crew of PNS ASLAT-254. The ship is considered as the“Sword of Pakistan Navy”. It was commissioned on April 17, 2013.
A crew member briefed the students about the history, mission, functions and technological capabilities of the ship. He said that the ship is currently on deployment for an international campaign called CMCP (Coalition Maritime Campaign Petrol) which is aimed at performing anti-piracy operations.
After the introductory briefing, students were escorted to different areas of the ship. The Students also met with the most valuable asset onboard the ASLAT, her men.
At the end, the Captain met the students and honoured the school with a shield on behalf of thePakistan Navy.
