Doha: The Sckali Group, in collaboration with Licorne Gulf and Choiseul France (led by its founder Pascal Lorot), proudly announces the establishment of the Institut Choiseul Arabian Gulf, headquartered in Doha.

This initiative marks the expansion of the Institut Choiseul’s global network into the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), positioning Qatar as a leading center for strategic dialogue, cross-border investment, and knowledge-driven economic development.

At the forefront of this significant milestone stands Asma Sakil, a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of The Sckali Group, who will lead the initiative from Doha.

Under her leadership, the hub will serve as a bridge between Gulf leadership and international policy research, fostering cooperation between Europe, Africa, and the Gulf region.

Based on Choiseul’s international expertise and strong network, Choiseul Arabian Gulf will center its activities around four main pillars: strategic research & publications, leadership development, international forums & networking, and global business & investment engagement.

The initiative emphasises a Doha-centered structure, ensuring regional relevance and impact. Under the direction of Asma Sakil, a dedicated local advisory and operational team, will oversee strategy execution, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement across the GCC and neighboring
regions.

This approach underlines Qatar’s growing prominence as a regional hub for innovation, policy collaboration, and international partnership.

The first major event of Choiseul Arabian Gulf will take place on December 8, 2025, within the Doha Forum, under the patronage of the Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.

The Africa Gulf Cooperation Dialogue Summit will gather over 300 leaders from Africa, the GCC, and beyond to explore investment partnerships and new frameworks for sustainable cooperation.
