Aqarat announces new identity for fourth Qatar Real Estate Forum

Doha: The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) has unveiled the new identity of the Qatar Real Estate Forum 2026 as preparations are completed for the fourth edition of the event, held under the patronage of H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, from 27 to 29 October 2026, in partnership with Cityscape Qatar at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.

The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Cityscape Qatar.

Representing Aqarat at the signing ceremony was Mohammed Makki, Director of the Real Estate Investment Department, while Amr Salem, Regional Director of Informa Qatar, signed on behalf of Cityscape Qatar.

H E Mohammed bin Hassan Al-Malki, Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, said that the fourth edition of the Qatar Real Estate Forum is being held at a time when the region and the world are witnessing rapid geopolitical developments affecting various economic sectors. This places particular importance on the forum’s discussions on the future of the real estate sector and its ability to adapt to all emerging developments. He noted that the real estate sector has demonstrated resilience in navigating regional geopolitical developments, supported by a notable improvement in the business environment and investment climate, as well as the rapid development of real estate regulations and legislation. These developments have had a positive impact on the sector’s performance and strengthened investor confidence in the real estate sector.

The forum brings together government leaders, developers, investors, policymakers and senior decision-makers in the sector to discuss the factors shaping the future of real estate, review challenges and opportunities, and explore practical pathways to support sector growth and enhance its ability to attract domestic and foreign investment.
