Doha, Qatar: Podar Pearl School, Al Meshaf Campus and Pearl School, Al Dafna Campus have been conferred the prestigious Diamond Category Award by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE), for the academic year 2025-2026.

The award recognises the schools’ exemplary performance in the national initiative, “My Values Define My Identity,” a transformative programme aimed at fostering values-based education while strengthening students’ cultural and national identity.

As the highest distinction under the initiative, the Diamond Category Award reflects the school’s steadfast commitment to nurturing an educational environment that promotes character development, ethical values, responsible citizenship, and holistic student growth.

Achieving an outstanding evaluation score of 91–100% under Category 1, both institutions were recognised for the innovative and effective implementation of all five value-based activities prescribed by the Tarbeya Center under MoEHE.

Among 351 schools and kindergartens across Qatar, this remarkable achievement stands as a testament to the schools’ pursuit of excellence, collaborative spirit, and unwavering dedication to cultivating values-driven learning communities that empower students to become responsible and engaged citizens.

The award was formally presented during the official felicitation ceremony by Dr. Rania Mohamed, Director of Private Schools, and Omar Al Naama, Assistant Undersecretary for Private Education Affairs, to C. Muhamed Nizar, School President.

Joining him to receive the honour were Rathi Ramanujam, Acting Principal; Zemina Sulfikkar, Vice Principal, Al Dafna Campus; and Sajitha and Aneesa, Project Coordinators of the Value Initiative, whose collective efforts contributed significantly to this remarkable achievement.

The occasion was further distinguished by the recognition of two exceptional students. Maria Saqib Qadri of Podar Pearl School, Al Meshaf and Muhammad Zayan Karupambil of Pearl School, Al Dafna were conferred the Best Value Ambassador Award in recognition of their exemplary dedication to upholding, embodying, and promoting the core values of the initiative within their respective school communities.
