MoEHE says Head of Examination Committee inspects secondary school examination centres

DOHA: Director of the Student Assessment Department and Head of the Examination Committee for Secondary School Certificate Examinations, Ibrahim Abdullah Al Muhannadi, conducted inspection visits to a number of examination centres to review procedures and ensure readiness for the remaining examination period.

The visits were carried out as part of ongoing field monitoring of the examination process, to assess the smooth operation of examination centres and ensure an appropriate environment for students to sit their exams in an organized and calm atmosphere. 

During the visits, Al Muhannadi reviewed student reception procedures, entry arrangements to examination halls, the clarity of instructions provided within the centres,

and compliance with approved regulations. He also followed up on matters related to student lists, academic tracks and examination types to ensure that each student sat the examination corresponding to their approved academic pathway.

The Director of the Student Assessment Department commended the efforts of school principals, heads of examination committees, invigilators and ministry representatives working at examination centres. He stressed that the success of the secondary school examinations is a shared responsibility that depends on clear roles, effective coordination and teamwork, all of which contribute to supporting students and strengthening the confidence of parents and society in the examination system.

The visits come at an important stage of the examination period, after students have completed a number of subjects while still facing examinations that will significantly influence their overall grades and academic averages. Maintaining calm and discipline within examination centres remains essential to ensuring the successful completion of the examination process.
