Doha: Qatar's weather forecast, valid until 6:00 pm Tuesday, is hazy to misty at first, becoming hot during the day with blowing dust at places and partly cloudy later with chance of scattered rain inshore. Offshore, the weather will be partly cloudy with hazy and chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at times.
The Department of Meteorology warned of strong wind and poor visibility due to dust inshore, and strong wind and high seas offshore.
Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southwesterly 08 to 18 knots reaching 22 knots at places becoming northwesterly by evening, offshore will be southeasterly to southwesterly 12 to 22 knots becoming northwesterly reaching 28 knots near thunder.
Visibility will be 03 to 08/02 kilometers or less at places at times. The sea state inshore will be between one to three feet raises to four feet at places, offshore will be four to seven reaches nine feet near thunder, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily report.
