This recognition reinforces our commitment to continuously enhancing the quality of care and the patient experience across our healthcare system.”
Al Naimi added: “This recognition demonstrates the progress we have made in strengthening person-centered care across our hospitals and services and our commitment to continually improving the experience of our patients and their families. We will continue to build on this achievement by strengthening opportunities for patients and families to share their experiences and contribute to how we improve care across HMC.”
Dr. Al Ajmi also commented: “This award is a significant achievement for HMC and reflects our commitment to continuous improvement and quality in every aspect of care. Patient-centeredness is an essential part of delivering safe, effective and high-quality healthcare, and this recognition reinforces the importance of embedding the patient and family perspective into our quality improvement efforts. We are proud of the progress made across HMC and remain focused on continually raising the standard of care and experience for our patients and families.”
