Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, held yesterday a farewell ceremony at the Diplomatic Club in honour of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the State of Qatar, Christophe Payot, on the occasion of the end of his tour of duty in the country. A number of heads of diplomatic missions accredited to the country and directors of the Foreign Ministry departments attended the ceremony.
