Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met yesterday with the envoys of the US Secretary of State — Ret General Anthony Zinni and Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Arabian Gulf Affairs in the Near East Bureau at the US Department of State Tim Lenderking.
They discussed the Gulf crisis and all the illegal measures taken against Qatar by the siege countries. The Foreign Minister reiterated Qatar’s full support for Kuwaiti mediation, which calls for dialogue. The meeting was attended by Secretary to the Emir for Investments H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Thani.
