Doha: Katara Hospitality and Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel celebrated ‘Garangao’ with children at the rehabilitation unit of Rumailah Hospital, a member of Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). The event also aimed to show support for the unit.
“We are grateful that Katara Hospitality and Sheraton Doha spent their evening with our children,” said Dr Abdulaziz Darwish, Medical Director of the hospital.
“The event was special for everyone and was the perfect way to celebrate Garangao night with the children.”
Between Maghreb and Isha prayers 15 volunteers from the hotel and the management team from Katara Hospitality took part in the celebration that included Garangao songs and games, and distribution of goodie bags and gifts to children based on their age and special needs.
