DOHA: Oryx GTL held its annual Town Hall meeting to provide an open forum for employees to discuss with senior management matters related to the company and seek clarifications on subjects and developments.
It was also an opportunity to discuss any challenges facing them and suggest ways to improve.
Abdul Rahman M Al Suwaidi, CEO and senior management attended the event at Sheraton Hotel.
“The event aims to address issues that concern you, our staff, whom we consider the cornerstone of our success. These discussions are essential for us to be able to achieve our strategies and maintain the company as one of the leaders in the GTL industry,” said Al Suwaidi.
Staff presented suggestions and inquiries on a vast range of topics.
Al Suwaidi, along with chiefs, managers and heads of sections answered inquiries and assured that they would review certain issues raised to present suitable solutions.
