Manila, Philippines: Mar Roxas, the main rival to Rodrigo Duterte in the Philippine presidential election, said Tuesday he had conceded defeat.
"It is clear Mayor Duterte will be the next president," Roxas told supporters, as an unofficial tally showed him trailing Duterte by an insurmountable 6.1 million votes. "I wish you success."
