Doha: The Cabinet which met yesterday with Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani in the chair approved a draft Cabinet decision setting fees for lawsuits, requests and guarantees for the Investment and Trade Court.
The preparation of this draft decision comes within the framework of implementing the provisions of the law establishing the Investment and Commerce Court promulgated by Law No. 21 of 2021. The draft decision included determining the fees for lawsuits, requests and guarantees for the Investment and Commerce Court. It also gave approval of a draft Cabinet decision amending some provisions of Resolution No. 73 of 2014 establishing the permanent committee to monitor fuel filling and storage stations.
The Cabinet took necessary measures to ratify agreement on cultural cooperation between the government of the Qatar and the government of the Republic of Senegal and a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of sports between the government of the State of Qatar and the government of the Republic of Senegal.
The Cabinet also reviewed the report of the National Committee to Combat Human Trafficking on the results of its work for the years 2020 and 2021 and took the appropriate decision.
