Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, last evening held a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump.
During the conversation the Emir and the US President discussed relations between the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing them, and exchanged views on a number of regional and international affairs of common concern, especially the latest developments in the region.
The Emir also held a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
The Emir and Tillerson reviewed relations between the two friendly countries and prospects for developing them.
