Doha: In the Banking Sector total Broad Money Supply (M2) recorded about QR704bn during November 2022, an annual increase of 13.7 percent, compared with November 2021, the Planning and Statistics Authority stated.
On the other hand, cash equivalents; including Commercial Bank Deposits, attained for 958bn Qatari Riyals during November 2022.
The figure has recorded an annual decrease of 0.6 percent, compared to November 2021, when deposits recorded approximately 964bn Qatari Riyals.
Regarding the data of buildings permits issued, the total number of permits has reached 645 permits during November 2022, recording a monthly decrease of 33.6 percent, and an annual decrease of 19.6 percent.
The total number of registered new vehicles during November 2022 has reached 9423 new vehicles.
The figure showed a monthly decrease of 22.8 percent, while showed an annual increase of 36.9 percent.
Traffic accidents cases without counting the accidents without injuries, a total of 866 traffic cases were recorded during November 2022, showing a monthly decrease of 1.6 percent and an annual increase b y 21.3 percent.
Light injuries are accounted for most traffic accidents cases during the same month, with 92 percent, followed by severe injuries by 6 percent. However, 21 deaths were recorded, equivalent to only 2 percent of total traffic accidents cases.
As for the Social Security statements, reached 77m Qatari Riyals in November 2022, for 14074 beneficiaries, Recording a monthly increase of 1.6 percent for the value of social security and a monthly increase of 0.7 percent for the number of beneficiaries of Social Security. Total electricity consumption during November 2022 was 3079.8 GWh attaining a monthly decrease of 19.4 percent, and an annual decrease of 13.1 percent. While the total water consumption has reached 29665.4 Thousand m3 during the same month attaining a monthly decrease of 8.8 percent, and an annual decrease of 44.6 percent, comparing to November 2021.
