Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received yesterday a written message from the President of Bolivia, Evo Morales Ayma, inviting the Emir to attend the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries slated for November in Bolivia’s city of Santa Cruz. The message was handed over by Bolivia’s Minister of Justice, Hector Arce Zaconeta, when the Emir met him at Emiri Diwan.
