Doha, Qatar: Qatargas is proud to announce that its Learning and Development Department has been awarded the “We Invest in People” Gold Accreditation from Investors in People (IIP), an internationally recognised standard for exceptional people management.
The Gold accreditation reflects the Qatargas’ commitment to implementing well-established policies, procedures, and systems that empower its employees to excel. This is the third time the company has achieved Gold accreditation, having first received this prestigious recognition in 2018, and then again in 2020.
Qatargas’ Learning and Development Department highlights that only 26% of IIP-accredited organisations worldwide have reached the Gold level. This is a significant achievement for any organisation that values its people, and it provides insight into the department’s effective leadership, support, and development of Qatargas’ high-calibre and diverse workforce, ultimately driving outstanding business results. Additionally, it serves as a measure of the impact of Qatargas’ people strategy and its benefits for employees.
