The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, dealer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in Qatar, has announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz E-Class 2016 models because the front door hinge does not correspond to current series production and a parcel net should be added to the trunk.
The Ministry said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The Ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the repairs are carried out.
